Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve targets and objectives
- Experience in developing and implementing effective writing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients on a regular basis
- Manage contracts and ensure contract compliance
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong copywriting skills to create compelling content for clients across different channels, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms
- Experience in social media management, including creating, implementing, and analyzing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and others
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Ability to create and manage a content calendar, develop engaging social media posts, and monitor social media engagement
