Job position: Financial Reporting Accountant
Our online shop transacts in more than 100 currencies from all countries of the world, it is localized inmany languages. We serve cross-platform B2C and B2B sales channels on all continents. We create,develop and support complex sales, administrative and technical systems for telecom business.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Reporting Accountant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingand analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and dataanalysis, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Location: Rr. Ilir Konushevci, 159, Pristina
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, 30 minutes lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Compare and match data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
- Perform variance analysis and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment and make data-drivenrecommendations for optimizing inventory management
- Verify and resolve clients’ billing issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional-level proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
